BE A TRUSTEE 
  1. Any individual male/female who is a citizen of India or a person of Indian origin settled abroad and who is not less than 18 years of age can be a trustee of the trust.
  2. Any Samiti, a registered firm or organisation can be trustee. The trustee organisaion shall be eligible to send a rep. to the trust. Article 3(1) shall be applicable on the rep. of the said organisation.
  3. The seating President and the G.Secretary of the All India Aggr. Samellan as well as Shri Agrasen Eng. & Tech. College society shall be the members of the Trust Managing Committee.
  4. Five members of the managing committee shall be nominated members. They shall be persons from the fields of literature, social work, intellectuals etc., who have excelled in their fields and who hold position of prominence in the society due to their contribution, Nominated members are not reqd. to pay any membership fee.
  5. Each regional Samiti is entitled to have five reeps, in the general meeting of the trust.
  6. There is a prescribed form to become the trustee for an ind. or and org. under points 1&2 above. The prescribed application form can be filled on line sent through e-mail to the President@agroha.com. The trustee fees  can be made through DD drawn in favour of  AGROHA VIKAS TRUST.
TYPE OF TRUSTEES 

 

The Trustees shall be of the following types  : 
 

  Trustee Type Eligibility Fees
1. Patron Trustee Ind. or Firm Rs. 1,00,000/-
2. Life Trustee Ind. or Firm Rs.    51,000/-
3. Special Trustee 
(for 20 Years)		 Ind. or Firm Rs.   25,000/-
4. Ordinary Trustee 
(for 6 Years)		 Ind. or Firm Rs.   11,000/-

Members from any categories aforementioned can shift to the higher one of fulfillment of the fee contribution requirements i.e. A life trustee can become Patron trustee any on completion of Rs. 1,00,000/- fee contribution & so on. However the special trustee shall be converted to a life trustee/patron trustee if he/she make the reqd. contribution within 20 years. Similarly trustee, life or patron trustee if the required contribution is effected within 3 years of their being an orginary trustee. 

The Rights and Duties of the Trustees:- 

  1. All the trustees viz. Patron Trustee, life trustee, special and ordinary trustee, through post or nominated trustees are eligible to attend the general meeting of the trust.

  2. All types of trustees shall consider the problems faced by the trust in the ordinary general meeting of the trust. They shall also discuss all yearly financial statements and details of the trust. They take a decision of whatever Agenda is presented in the ordinary meeting of the trust. They shall also elect the members and the office bearers of the working committee of the trust.
